OUR Story

Teach Enrich Consulting Services was founded in 2018 in New York, born from both personal experience and professional calling. At its heart was a deep, growing need: parents were struggling to understand how to best advocate for their children in an educational system that often felt inaccessible, confusing, and inconsistent. Navigating IEP meetings, school placements, intervention plans, behavioral challenges, and academic concerns can be overwhelming, especially when the stakes are high and a child’s future is on the line...

OUR Founder
Hi, I’m Tanya Millien—founder of Teach Enrich Consulting Services and a passionate educator committed to helping every student thrive. My own lived experiences taught me the power of education and the life-changing impact of caring adults. Today, I work to be that support for students, families, and schools across all communities.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Youth Ministries from Nyack College, and dual M.S. degrees in General Education and Special Education from Dominican University of New York. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on driving equity and innovation in education.
